Submission of Camera Ready Papers

To accomplish the submission of Camera ready form of your paper, please follow the steps bellow:

1. Improve the paper according to the reviewer comments

Before preparing the Camera Ready form of your paper please revise it according to the comments of reviewers received with the individual acceptance e-mail. The comments are also available in your author account at https://sielmen.ucv.ro/openconf/openconf.php using your paper ID and password.

Do not forget to provide index terms taken in the IEEE Taxonomy in order to have your paper referenced accurately in the main scientific data bases.

Important notice about plagiarism: Please be advised about the IEEE plagiarism policy available hereor read the IEEE Plagiarism tutorial available here.

2.Follow strictly the IEEE guidelines for preparing camera-ready papers for the conference proceedings, as in the updated MS Word template available here

Important notice: On the bottom of the first page, the IEEE Copyright notice (979-8-3503-1524-0/23/$31.00 ©2023 IEEE) is included in the template of the camera-ready papers. Its presence is absolutely mandatory.

3.Create the PDF file according to the instructions available here using IEEE PDF eXpress website.

4.Submit the PDF file of the Camera Ready paper using your author account at the conference register site: https://sielmen.ucv.ro/openconf/openconf.php using your paper ID and password.

5.Send the final form of the paper in .docx format to the conference email address ( sielmen@ie.ucv.ro ). You will receive a confirmation email.

6. Fill and sign the IEEE Copyright Transfer Agreement (mandatory):

To complete the electronic copyright (eCF) form, follow the link provided in the email you will receive, using the specified username and password.

Go through the steps and, at the last step, before finishing, save the completed eCF form in .pdf format. After completion, send the saved .pdf form to the conference email address (sielmen@ie.ucv.ro)

Warning! Papers for which the eCF form has not been completed will not be published in IEEE Explore, even if they have been accepted.
